All cabin rates are based on double occupancy. Guests traveling without a cabin mate will be responsible for the full cabin cost unless United Charters & Tours is able to successfully match them with another traveler.

Triple and quad occupancy cabins are subject to availability. A $250 deposit per person is required at the time of booking. Guests also have the option to pay in full at the time of booking.
At United Charters & Tours, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that require a guest to cancel a tour. However, all payments made to United Charters & Tours are non-refundable.

If you must cancel your reservation for any reason, the entire cost of the tour remains your responsibility, regardless of the cancellation date. Payments are made in advance to vendors, which prevents refunds from being issued.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your reservation to a friend or family member, provided the change is communicated to United Charters & Tours prior to departure and all required traveler information is submitted.

Once the tour departs, no credits or adjustments will be issued for missed services, including meals, attractions, or activities not utilized during the tour. Additionally, no credits will be provided for cancellations or service interruptions due to weather conditions or circumstances beyond the control of United Charters & Tours.
