At United Charters & Tours, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that require a guest to cancel a tour. However, all payments made to United Charters & Tours are non-refundable.
If you must cancel your reservation for any reason, the entire cost of the tour remains your responsibility, regardless of the cancellation date. Payments are made in advance to vendors, which prevents refunds from being issued.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your reservation to a friend or family member, provided the change is communicated to United Charters & Tours prior to departure and all required traveler information is submitted.
Once the tour departs, no credits or adjustments will be issued for missed services, including meals, attractions, or activities not utilized during the tour. Additionally, no credits will be provided for cancellations or service interruptions due to weather conditions or circumstances beyond the control of United Charters & Tours.
By booking a tour with United Charters & Tours, you acknowledge and agree to this NO REFUND policy.
